Custom Laser Cutting Service

We provide custom laser cutting services for all of your project needs. Great for woodwork, scrapbooks, decor, and artwork.

We work with premium 1/8" (approx. 3mm) thick Baltic Birch laminated plywood for the best quality, most attractive cutouts. Ready to paint, stain, finish, or use as is for your project. All cutouts are masked front and back before cutting in order to minimize any smoke residue or char mark. Please note that highly detailed cuts may have smoke marks on the back side.

You send us the image you want cut out with the desired dimensions and we cut and ship it with quick turnaround. Images should be solid shapes in black and white with good contrast at the edges. High detail is achievable depending on the size of the cutout. No shading or gradients. Preferred file format is svg, ai/eps/pdf/dxf or a high resolution/high contrast jpg or png will also work.

If you're not sure whether your image will work or not, send it to us in a message and we'll get back to you ASAP. Formats that won’t send in Etsy messages (anything other than jpg/png) may be sent to info [!at] 702savant.com

Prices listed are for cutting only. If your image needs design or formatting work, which we are happy to do, additional design charges may apply. This extra fee can be avoided by providing a black and white svg file or following the image requirements listed above.

Maximum size for this listing is 24"x24", please message us for a quote for larger cutouts.

Price is based on the longest dimension of your cutout and ships free in the US.

We can also cut thicker Birch plywood, solid hardwood up to 3/8" depending on the species, acrylic plastic, leather, felt, and some other materials. Message us for custom quotes for any of these materials.
